Matt and Sarah are the current owners of the Smith House on the shore of the Long Island Sound. They both love sports especially baseball and they also like to go outdoors. A family room isn’t too important to this couple. They don’t have family visit very often because they live far away from their families. They will also require a private master bedroom within a suite containing a master bathroom and walk-in closets. They have also requested that the architectural integrity of the original design be maintained throughout the extension.
